The exhibition "Subjectant la història" (Holding History) relates our geological time to different ecological processes and temporal landscapes. It is an expository essay that speculates on the limits of knowledge, the capacity for understanding and beliefs; that is, it proposes to address significant, yet uncertain, theories about the present and future of various geological periods, as well as their differences. In addition, it questions the way in which we, the human species, try to understand the passage of time in the face of the possible arrival of a new era.
La exposición "Subjectant la història" pone en relación nuestro tiempo geológico con diferentes procesos ecológicos y paisajes temporales. Se trata de un ensayo expositivo que especula sobre los límites del conocimiento, la capacidad de comprensión y las creencias; es decir, propone abordar teorías significantes, a la vez que inciertas, sobre el presente y el futuro de varios períodos geológicos, así como sus diferencias. Además, se plantea la manera en como, nosotros, la especie humana, tratamos de entender el paso del tiempo ante la posible llegada de una nueva era.
